WHAT YOU WILL FIND
- Design and implementation of security architectures. You will contribute to the design of enterprise cyber security solutions (zerotrust, cloud security, identity & access management, protection of AI/ML systems and hybrid infrastructures), taking part in architectural decisions and their implementation.
- Defence analysis and design. You will work on attack surface analysis, scenario simulation and definition of defence strategies. The focus is on designing resilient and scalable systems, beyond mere assessment activity.
- Technologies and context. You will work on areas such as zerotrust, cloud & identity security, AI security, OT/IoT security, adversary simulation and automation of defence processes, with a focus on solution quality and maintainability.
- Mentoring and guidance. You will work with cyber security architects and senior industry experts, with ongoing support on design and implementation activities.
WHAT WE OFFER

- A concrete recognition of your achievements. Your starting gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €25,500 to €38,500, depending on your experience, qualifications, and academic achievements. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement, with an entry level between C3 and B3, determined according to the same criteria. Previous experience with cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Computing, Physical AI, Agentic AI, Foundation Model and LLM training, fine-tuning, and optimization will be considered a strong asset.

WHAT WE NEED
- Strong academic background. We believe a solid foundation is an excellent starting point for tackling complex technological challenges. We are therefore looking for an outstanding bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Interest in Cyber Security. You are interested in cloud security, zerotrust architectures, AI applied to defence, threat intelligence and automation, and want to work on solutions in real-world environments.
- Drive for excellence. You are not satisfied with something that merely works: you constantly strive to improve it in terms of performance and scalability.
- Collaboration and communication. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly — because effective security stems from the union of technology, people and culture.
